Reserve Your Selection If your item is available, we will ask you to confirm your committment to complete the purchase. We will also ask your preferred payment method, shipping and billing address and contact phone number before we place it on reserve for you. You will be provided with a total balance due, including packing, shipping and insurance. Your item will be held on reserve for a period not to exceed 1 week, pending receipt of payment, unless specific arrangements have been made to the contrary. Shipping Continental 48 United States and Most of Canada (Excludes AK, HI, APOs & FPOs) Collectingbydesign.com ships from our offices in Baltimore, Maryland. We have a preferred relationship with FedEx within the contiguous 48 United States and Canada, FedEx Ground is inexpensive and quite reliable.You may also elect to ship via FedEx Overnight or 2-Day service. All shipments are insured and trackable. Remember, FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes. We will also need to know whether we are shipping to a business or residence. A small surcharge applies to residential deliveries. However, FedEx Home Delivery arrrives at your home when you will be there. They will even make an appointment for a specific day and time. International and Destinations Outside the FedEx Ground Service Area We.have.found the most cost effective delivery service to be USPS Insured Air Mail. You may also elect FedEx International Economy or other FedEx services.

Payment Credit Cards All major credit cards are accepted. Collectingbydesign.com utilizes PayPal exclusively for all credit card processing.Collectingbydesign.com is a verified Paypal Business so your transaction is guaranteed. We will gladly send you a PayPal invoice by e-mail. The invoice will provide a link to PayPal for your specific purchase. Once at PayPal, you will receive further instructions which will walk you through the transaction. Feel free to e-mail us if you have any questions. Money Orders & Checks Money Orders, Bank Drafts and Checks are accepted but must be drawn on US currency and made payaple to Collectingbydesign.com. Collectingbydesign.com reserves the right to hold items until funds have cleared our bank. C.O.D. We will ship C.O.D. in Guaranteed US Currency (Money Order or Certified Check) upon request. An additional surcharge applies. For FedEx ground the charge is $8.00. Wire Transfers We are able to arrange bank wire transfers for our foreign customers ( $10 surcharge applies). Contact us for bank wire information. Layaway Collectingbydesign.com offers layaway for orders totalling $350 or more before shipping. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to in order to hold the item(s). 50% of the remaining balance is due in 30 days, the remainig balance is due within the following 30 days. Your item will shipped once full payment has been received. Layaway arrangements should be made directly with Radiomania. We prefer to establish an automated PayPal payment plan but can also accommadate most other forms of payment. Sale items qualify for layaway only so long as the item is fully paid prior to the end of the sale. Returns Policy All purchases are refundable unless stated otherwise. Refund requests must be received by Collectingbydesign.com within five business days of your receipt of merchandise. Returned items must be received no later than 30 days after purchase and in the same condition as received. Collectingbydesign.com will not issue a refund for items which have been tampered with or damaged in any way. Such items will be returned to the customer by C.O.D. mail. Collectingbydesign.com charges a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee for all returns. S&H fees are not refundable. If a returned item was sold net of shipping, actual shipping and handling charges will be calculated and deducted from the refund. If the return is due toan error by Collectingbydesign.com then no restocking fee is applicable and shipping charges will be refunded.

Operating Condition CLOCKS: All clocks are cleaned and tested and are in good working order unless otherwise stated. Because these are vintage items, we warranty the working order for 30 days from date of purchase. Should a clock be inoperable upon receipt or should it fail during the initial 30 day warranty, Radiomania reserves the right to repair the clock at our expense. RADIOS AND OTHER ELECTRONIC APPARATUS: Unless otherwise stated, vintage electronic and mechanical apparatus offered for sale by Radiomania is in 'as found' condition (see caution note below). Condition Ratings Vintage item ratings (Ex, Ex-, VG, etc) are for cosmetics only. These ratings are always somewhat subjective so let us know if there are specifics you would like us to check. Weathered power cords and obvious safety hazards will be removed but included in the package prior to shipping.
